BOOKING POLICY
GETTING READY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:
There is a $27 non-refundable deposit required when booking and will be deducted from your total.
($2 processing fee included)
This deposit is non-refundable, if you have to reschedule you are allowed to do this within 2 weeks for the deposit to be transferable.

Please come with washed and blow dried hair or add this service with booking.
BEING ON TIME:
Please be respectful and arrive on time. After 20 minutes, there will be a $15 late fee. After 30 minutes, your appointment is cancelled.
Life happens, if your running late please communicate. Communication is Key.

No Call/No Show= Banned from Booking again
DROPPING OFF YOUR HAIR:
Hair must be dropped off 1-2 days before appointment
Used wigs that weren't previously customized/cut by me are welcomed. Please note, there's no discount for this and I will do my best to install it. If it's too worn out, you'll be offered to purchase another frontal.
Please ensure wig fits head before booking.

When bringing in used wigs, please bring wig cleaned, glue-free and in a bag with your name on it. There will be a $20 fee if failed to do so.
SQUEEZE IN / AFTER HOUR /EARLY BIRD:
If you'd like to book before/after business hours or on a Sunday there will be a $50 fee.
